This 1935 farmhouse has been completely restored and sleeps 8 people.  The fields around the house used to be full of Spartan apple trees so we are calling it Spartan House.  The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining, living area with a desk area in front foyer and laundry room off the kitchen at the back.  There is one bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom completing the main floor.  On the second floor there are three bedrooms sleeping six people and another full bathroom.  Outside is a fully fenced private pool open for guests through the summer months. 

For groups larger than 8 people ask us about adding our cabin that sleeps 2 for an additional fee.
